Conference material collection:
For the event participants a collection of conference materials is published in which there will be distributed (conference program, presentation abstracts, advertising information, conference participant catalogue providing coordinates and brief information about a company). Language of a collection is Russia, format A4, cover is colored, inside pags are black and white, calculation is 300 copies.
- Distribution of an advertising in conference materials:
- 1page color – 200 euro;
- 1 cover page color – 350 euro (module size 210x220 mm);
- 2 cover page color – 275 euro;
- 3 cover page color – 250 euro;

Requirement for an advertising insert:
Advertising modules are presented in electronic format in programs:
Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat.
General requirements: scale dimention 1õ1, color model CMYK, fields 5 mm.
Requirements to bit maps (TIF (TIFF), PSD/ JPG, BMP, JPEG, GIF): 150-600 dpi, alfa-channels and masks are removed, layers are pasted on. Record format is for PC.
Requirements to raster-vector format FH, CDR, AI, EPS, PDF, DWG, DWX: All types and effects are in curves or raster (in PDF type is placed in a document). Module dimensions: À 4 – 210õ297mm.Presentation abstracts:
Organizational Committee reviews and selects sent presentations, makes program and determines order of presentations in accordance with a conference topics. All presentation abstracts will be published in conference materials. For presentation material illustration a beamer is provided for projection to a large screen.
- Format of presentation abstracts:
- Dates of abstract presentation to an organizing committee is not later than October 1st, 2008;
- Abstracts are presented in Russian;
- Presentation abstracts are accepted in electronic format;
- Presentation abstracts by volume are from 1 to 3 pages of A4 format; (To point out obligingly)
- Presentation theme;
- Full name of the author;
- Name of enterprise/organization, post an e-mail.
- Format of multimedia presentations:
- Accepted are presentations done in Microsoft PowerPoint, entering a Microsoft Office package;
- As a information carrier the most preferable are flash-carriers or CD-disks. Organizers can not provide 100% success by presenting information on diskettes or DVD disks.
- Dates of filing and terms of payment:
- Applications for presentations are accepted until September the 21st, 2008;
- Applications for conference participation ate accepted until October 5th, 2008;
- Advertising information for conference materials is accepted until October 5th, 2008;
- Terms of payment - 100% pre-payment by account, charged by an organizer according to a participant application;
